Bummed

Dude so the movers came today and it sucked. I’m usually such a happy person and I hate complaining, but it was really bad. They were supposed to get to my new place at 7am. So my ass had to wake up at 5:45 this morning. Well they didn’t actually get to San Diego until almost 12:30pm. Then I look in the truck and there are a ton of broken boxes because they had stacked heavy things like my mattress on top of them. Not to mention things are missing, some of my furniture is broken, and almost all of it is scratched. I think if I ever move again I’m just gonna sell most of my crap… its not worth dealing with all this BS. Plus, I didn’t even have time to open the boxes so who knows how much damage was really done. Oh well, at least I have a place to call home now, and things are replaceable. But seriously wouldn’t you be bummed if your stuff got messed up? *sigh* I’m so glad it’s Friday and I get to play some kick ass music for you tonight! That will def make my world a happier place :)

It’s all about the little things in life….

I’m finally going to move into my apartment tomorrow! I am so stoked, you have no idea. But I kind of needed the keys to my new chill pad to make that happen, so I had to meet up with my landlord today. After catching up with him I was so freaking hungry I decided to get some lunch at this little café on Cass St. This place has a sweet outdoor patio and some awesome food. Of course I had to sit out on the patio while I ate cause it was so beautiful out. That’s when the coolest thing happened…. This little humming bird decided it wanted to hang out and get some lunch next to me. I’ve never actually seen a humming bird up close before it was wild man, especially since those things fly backwards! So because I’m a dork I took pics so I could share them with you!!! Seriously dude the littlest things just make my day.
