The Beer for Breakfast ABV crew is shaking things up this week with Setting Sun Sake. Josh and Kim joined Danielle and Brewmaster Paul to not only share their delicious American Sake, but to explain what exactly Sake is.
Both Josh and Kim are a wealth of knowledge so we suggest you go to the tasting room in the Miralani Industrial Business Park to experience their Sake first hand. This is not the Sake you get at a sushi restaurant, Josh and Kim are putting their own flare on Sake and using locally sourced ingredients. Their Sake is gluten-free, sulfite-free, and tannin-free.
