This week on Beer for Breakfast Brewmaster Paul Segura, Marty, and Danielle dive into the suds of Pure Project Brewing.
Pure Project Brewing is celebrating their 7th anniversary on Saturday, January 28th at their Mira Mar location and were kind enough to give the Beer for Breakfast crew a sneak peek.
They kick things off with Neotropical Mist, a Misty Citrus Blonde with Passion Fruit. This 5.1% ABV fruited blonde is a twist on their best-selling core beer, Tropical Mist. This beer gives off a ton of flavor without coming across too sweet.
Next up: Resplendent Quetzal Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Pecans and Vanilla. It’s a BIG beer with an ABV of 14.1%. This pecan pie-inspired bourbon barrel-aged stout features a blend of two different bourbon barrels—Breckenridge and Widow Jane—plus the tasteful addition of organic Vanuatu vanilla bean and organic pecans.
Pure Project Brewing’s anniversary bash is Saturday, January 28th from 1P – 5P in the parking lot of the Mira Mar tasting room. Tickets will be available at doors and each ticket includes 4 drink tokens and a limited-edition 7th anniversary glassware. This year’s party will be tropical rainforest themed; an ode to their roots in Costa Rica.
