This week we sample beers from Sea World’s Seven Seas Food Festival, happening Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through April 27.
The annual festival features delicious international food, multiple stages of live entertainment and an impressive beer selection. We enjoyed Knotty Brewing’s Steller Tropics Sour Ale, returning festival favorite Bivouac Cider Works Mixed Berry Cider, and a few of the SeaWorld & Mike Hess limited release collaborations: SeaWorld Rescue Hard Seltzer, Shipwreck Rapids Lager and Emperor Hazy IPA.
Also, to celebrate the opening of the new Jewels of the Sea: The Jellyfish Experience, comes a new collab with Mike Hess called Jewels of the Sea Glietter beer, a Kolsch-style beer mixed with a gold tone and edible glitter, on tap now!
