Beer for Breakfast ABV: Maui Brewing Co.
We're going to Maui! Danielle & Brewmaster Paul felt the Aloha Vibes this week on Beer for Breakfast ABV when they welcomed founder/CEO Garrett from Maui...
Beer for Breakfast ABV is your weekly insight into the San Diego Craft Beer community with Garett, Karl Strauss Brewmaster Paul Segura, and Brandon Hernández from San Diego Beer News! Every week we feature a local brewery, so check it out and find out what local craft beer to try next!
We have a special episode of Beer for Breakfast ABV for all of you participating in Dry January this month!
On this week’s episode, we welcome Bill & Ryan from Athletic Brewing, makers of some of the finest non-alcoholic craft beer this side of the Mississippi! Danielle and Paul are blown away as they dive into three of their extraordinary craft brews including a Golden Ale Brew, a West Coast IPA and lastly a Double IPA!
We’re celebrating the holidays, AND the last Beer for Breakfast ABV episode of 2020, with our friends at Thorn Brewing and OB Brewery!
First up we try out Thorn’s ode to the famous OB landmark – “Crooked Tree Holiday IPA”, an American IPA coming in at 7% ABV. Next up we crack open OB Brewery’s 5.7% Pale Ale, “B.Right On”!
Thanks so much for sticking with us throughout 2020 and we’re excited to come back better than ever in 2021!
This week we’re having Hard Kombucha for breakfast!
Join Danielle & Paul as they talk with Joe, the co-founder of Local Roots Kombucha! The crew tries out the classic “Strawberry Mojito” flavor as well as the beautiful blue-colored “Island Vibes” that you’ll have to see to believe!
We also discovered that Paul is weirdly familiar with gut health and probiotics!
You know him …. you love him … and you’ve probably drank his beer more times than you can remember … we’re stoked to have Beer for Breakfast co-host and BFF, Paul Segura, join us this week on the show!
We discuss Karl Strauss’ ode to Old School and Will Ferrell with their “Frank the Dank” beer, as well as their annual 12 days of Christmas brew – “This One Goes to Eleven”!
