In Your Neighborhood takes a deeper look into the people, places, events, arts, recording, culture & causes that make up the fabric of of the modern-day local music scene. The series created and hosted by Myself (Lou Niles) has been off and on with episodes in the past featuring Jewel, D Dove, Built in Sun with members Pall Jenkins (Black Heart Procession / three mile pilot) and Joe Plummer (the Shins / Cold War Kids), and Pepper.
The series is planning a run of episode this fall and winter. This latest episode is a teaser to what to look forward to. I take some time with a band called Trouble in the Wind whom I work with as a record label and manager.
