Six years ago, Pierce the Veil was playing small clubs and side stages at Warped and other music festivals. With the 2012 release of their album Collide with the Sky, PTV exploded, selling out North American and UK headline tours in 2012, 2013, and 2014, and headlining 2015’s Warped Main Stage. The band spent years actively developing relationships with its fans through meet and greets while on tour (numerous poignant stories told to the band by fans have found their way into PTV’s songs) and extensive social media outreach, all of which has established the band’s massive, passionate and fiercely loyal fan base. Pierce The Veil’s new album Misadventures (Fearless Records) recently debuted on Billboard‘s Top 200 and Top Current Albums charts at #4, selling nearly twice as many albums as their last release did in its debut week, and marking the highest debut of the band’s career. In addition, Misadventures claimed the #1 spot on Billboard’s Rock, Hard Rock, Alternative and Independent Albums charts, and scored the #5 position on the Digital Albums chart, with nearly 5.2-million streams. The band has a sold out show at Observatory North Park on June 25th.
