LISTEN TO “NA NA NA”
Lucky Break Competition
91X was so overwhelmed by requests from bands to play at X-Fest, we are going to give one lucky local band the chance to win a “Lucky Break” and open for Unwritten Law at the X-Fest pre-party.
Bands can submit a song to 91X, and listeners will vote for the band they want to play the show.
How It Works
How It Works
San Diego bands can enter by submitting their song to 91X.
Fans and listeners decide which band will get a “Lucky Break” by voting for their favorite songs. Voting is done by clicking “Like” next to the band’s song. People are encouraged to “Like” as many bands as they fancy.
The bands that chalk up the most “Likes” by the end of the competition will be included in the pool of finalists from which 91X will choose a winner. The chosen band will perform at the X-fest Warm Up Show on X-fest Eve.
The Fine Print
The Lucky Break competition is open to bands of all ages.
If the winning band has members under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must sign a participation waiver on their behalf and attend the concert.
At least one member of the band must have residence in San Diego County or El Centro.
91X reserves the right to refuse any band participation for any reason it sees fit.
